Rehearsals for our upcoming production of The Unfriend are going really well, and it’s shaping up to be a fantastic show. This marks an exciting milestone for PBDS as we continue to expand beyond our much-loved panto and explore new types of productions.
Even more excitingly, the play is being entered into the Kent Theatre Festival—an amazing opportunity for our group, especially with 18 entries this year. We would love to see as many friendly faces in the audience as possible to support us.

About the Play
Steven Moffat’s The Unfriend is a dark, fast-paced comedy about a polite British couple whose lives spiral into chaos after befriending an overly friendly American widow on holiday. When she unexpectedly turns up at their home, they face a hilarious dilemma—how do you deal with someone who may be dangerous… without being rude?
